Welcome
Ambrose Property Consultancy provides advice to property owners and occupier, encompassing due diligence, dilapidations and project management.
The aim of Ambrose Property Consultancy is to provide astute and comprehensive advice utilising over thirty year's experience gained by the Managing Director, Matthew Vesey BSc MRICS, as a Chartered Surveyor.
Matthew has extensive experience in the commercial and historic building fields, notably in the retail sector.
Matthew's experience has been gained principally on the UK, plus survey and project monitoring work in the Nordics.
By remaining a small practice, Ambrose Property Consultancy can give clients high level, bespoke and focussed advice, with the attention to detail that can sometimes be lost when working with larger practices.
